Squad Coders is the public working brand. The registered legal entity, privacy contact, postal address and applicable jurisdiction must be confirmed before this notice can be finalized.
What we collect
Enquiry name, work email, chosen project category and whatever you choose to include in your message. Please do not provide passwords or sensitive customer information in a project enquiry.
Why we use it
To receive, assess and respond to an enquiry, discuss a prospective project, and meet applicable legal or operational obligations when necessary.
Providers and storage
The prepared deployment uses Cloudflare Pages Functions and the Resend email API to route enquiries. Confirm production data processors, staff access, delivery logs, hosting regions and cross-border processing before publishing this notice.
Retention, security and your rights
Define a justified retention schedule, security controls and the process for requesting access, correction or deletion. Rights and lawful bases differ by jurisdiction and must be reviewed for the intended Indian and international audience.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses functional local storage for theme preferences. Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel can be configured. Their scripts are blocked until the visitor opts in to optional analytics or marketing; the choices are remembered in functional local storage.
